Introducing MBM 1-2-1 Chats

Thank you for your patience and support on the new initiative around MBM conversations. It was truly heartwarming to see so many responses in the inbox :)

I hope to keep these MBM chats as diverse and inclusive as possible. The aim is really to expand on the definition of Indian Muslimness, through meaningful conversations. It really is up to you, how you understand Indian Muslimness and how you can be at home with it.
MBM as a platform was born to feel at peace with our stories (ie. Sabika’s and mine) and continues to bring stories that resonate and connect with larger audiences, and help each one of us, feel comfortable and confident in our unique lived experiences.
The 1-2-1 chats are a way to build upon this further.
Please take your time in filling these out, and share it within your circles (if you would like to). As I receive your inputs, I’ll be collecting them to better understand the topics that can be discussed. Here are some pointers to help you participate in MBM chats :
The conversations might be 1-2-1 or sometimes group discussions, based on the larger theme of a particular topic
If you are comfortable in having a chat and only have it published in written format - that works too.
The MBM journey is really about having stories that matter, continue being part of regular discussions that would otherwise get drowned in noise.
